Some thoughts need to be formulated if we are planning on utilizing the river for any type livery or dock similar to Lowellville's project. I could very easily see downtown Struthers turning into a "Canal Fulton" with a canoe livery station, ice cream parlors, antiques shops and much more so as to become a destination site for travelers. We already have Yellow Creek Park, two fine restaurants and available land and buildings. Something to consider.
