I am unsure of what platform we could utilize, maybe Facebook, to provide a page where general questions could be asked regarding services or who to contact. Not to be a complaint site. Maybe a place to update the community on local projects or ask for volunteers. The planning page is nice for getting ideas,but doesn’t give the community much information on where we are with projects. Open lines of communication prevent rumors/ false information being shared. I know the mayor responds most times when tagged in conversations on Facebook but feel that a page specific for community information would be great.

There would be no cost involved if a platform like face book is used. It would require someone to monitor the page. Can keep it closed for only those in the community by using address verification for admission. Person monitoring the page would need to know who to address the questions to.
