The Struthers Historical society houses one of the moll whistles that sounded ends of shifts, etc. I suggest constructing a tower in a central location in Struthers. It would elevate the whistle, yet offer protection. On the lower area of the tower would house the necessary mechanics to produce the steam to power the whistle. It could be used to start various activities in the city: parades, ceremonies, celebrations.
