Pet Chipping and Registration Program

Free or low cost chipping for cats and dogs. Officers could have chip readers in their cruisers, and owners could be immediately contacted. This would also be a way to track nuisance animals. Loose animals could possibly be required to be chipped before being returned. Details could be worked out with a group like Angels for Animals
