Street parkin

we need some kind of ordence for street parking when there is no cars in the driveway or room to park in the driveway. it is ridicules all the cars in the street when there are emptie driveways and garages that could be used for that purpuse.. I am tired of slowing down for the drivers that do not yeald when the car is parked in the street on there side but do not know the law or in to big of a rush to yield...
