An area of sidewalk going down from Nebo is either wet or frozen making it unsafe for walkers. Water needs diverted from the area to prevent it being wet all the time. Often thought some type of rail along both side of the incline would be nice for stability of walkers. A bench placed on a bump out area, to not impede other walkers, as a resting area would be nice as well.
