Downtown Façade Program

The City of Struthers is committed to revitalizing the City’s downtown core. The City is creating a new Downtown Façade Grant Program and other improvements to the public realm.

Façade programs are tools to encourage and incentivize property owners and businesses to improve the exterior appearance of their buildings and storefronts.

You've already shared with us your visual preferences and rated different types of architecture so that we can develop Downtown Struthers Design Guidelines.* Now we need your feedback with regards to programming to roll out the Downtown Struthers Façade Program eligibility criteria.
