unknown author3 years ago While the title on this comment lacks Oomph! , it doesn’t show the level of interest I have in this project, nor the effort put in to trying to read the whole thing. Modifying restrictive zoning, instituting tax concessions, adding greenways and bikeways, and all other proposals shown are great. If my problem in following this proposed renewal program is any indicator though, the first step needs to be a better commication process with residents.Marty McCarthy

unknown author3 years ago I've read through the plan, and I am very impressed with how thorough and detailed it is. There are couple of things that I'm not totally behind, but that's the beauty of this plan. It's a collection of ideas, and suggestions, not a step-by-step outline of what to do. The city can pick and choice items from the plan, deciding what to work on based on needs, wants, public opinion, and available funding. I'm very excited to watch as the future of our city unfolds. unknown author3 years ago Hello and this is Desmond Williams of Youngstown Ohio and this should come to Struthers Ohio. A buffet and it can be a popular buffet and this is to bring jobs back to the area because there is no longer Golden Corral in Boardman Ohio as of September 2016 and hometown buffet in Nile’s Ohio in December of 2017 and ponderosa steakhouse in warren Ohio as of 2022. So people will want to come back to live in Youngstown Ohio because we will have a buffet again in this regional area. And please put a schewebels bread store and a grocery store in downtown Stuthers Ohio so if would be a lot more convenient for everybody that lives in that area?
